Hi! I am Lauren, and I came into this lifetime recapitulating knowledge about the body, energy, and wellness. After falling in love with learning how to nourish my body for peak performance, I obtained a Nutritional Sciences degree from Baylor University. I have since been on a journey of learning various healing modalities from musculoskeletal to sound therapy. I am passionate about meeting people where they are at and providing a safe space to further connect to themselves and mother earth.
